Where Would You Go For A Year And What Would You Do?
I recently posted this question on my facebook pages:
I’m daydreaming because I don’t want to work. If I told you that you had to leave for ONE YEAR and go live in a foreign country and learn something (anything!!) new, where would you go and what would you do? I’m thinking I’d go to Paris – and here’s a huge cliche coming up – I’d learn how to paint.
Here are the answers:
-
Anne Gerrish Mitchem Ireland….. Would love to learn to make Irish lace…and listen to everyone talk…do love that accent… Sigh
-
-
Judy Waters Gallagher Definitely Paris…..learn to paint, cook and drink lots of wine. Vive la France!
-

Colleen Mason I have had the privledge of living in Europe for the last two years and also Kenya for a bit before that. As an American there was 1 thing well actually 2 things that I needed to learn before all else. #1 to be still. Mindfully still. #2 patience because the rest of the world no matter how busy it seems moves at a much saner pace than America does. If we learn those two things then all other things really are easy.
